F45 is one of the most popular functional fitness gyms in the world and a local Utah studio - F45 Sandy invited me to DJ their Saturday morning Hollywood sessions. My task was to play fun and upbeat RnB, house, pop, rock, etc. music to keep our members motivated throughout their gruelling exercise. What a tough group of people!
